The frame of GS-F6035A adopts precise argon arc welding,600 heat treatment ,24 hours cooling in the oven,12 meters gantry milling ,to make sure 20 years' running without deformation. Machine is inspected by the precision laser collimator to ensure the flatness and verticality. The precision of the whole machine is less than 0.02mm. Adopt imported Japanese servo motor, imported screw module transmission system. Equipped with the most advanced wireless hand held terminal, it can perform remote control processing. Full enclosure protection is applied to reduce laser radiation. It is more humanized.

1.Laser generator

2.Machine Body:
bed adopts welded steel box type (not square tube welding), entire high-temperature annealing, stress relief treatment; guide-rail base is milled by large gantry milling machining at one time.
Host part is composed of the bed, cross-gride, worktable, Z-axis device, control system, gas unit, water unit and other components.
System controls X, Y, Z-axis AC servo motor, thereby driving the cutting head to achieve stable, reliable, high-speed reciprocating motion.
