The frame is precisely welded by argon arc, 600 heat treatment, 24 hours cooling in the oven,
12 meters gantry milling, to make sure 20 years running without deformation.
Machine is inspected by the precision laser collimator to ensure the flatness and verticality.
The precision of the whole machine is less than 0.02mm. Adopt imported Japanese servo motor, imported screw module transmission system.
Equipped with the most advanced wireless handheld terminal, It can perform remote control processing. Full enclosure protection is applied to reduce laser radiation. It's more humanized.
Humanized interface exceeds ordinary software, Soft interface color minimizes the harm to eyes and improves operation fitness.Remote monitoring function performs real-time supervising of production capacity.
Easy to set up external connection and assembly line, convenient for extending. It can be connected with automatic unwinding, straightening and auto-feeling all-in - one machine, combined with automatic inspection CCD unit and aggregating machine. Automatic and continuous processing of multi-products in small batches eventually can be realied.

B. Nozzle(Copper): it can use for 2-3months.
