NS-HG Series | Professional Pipe & Profile Cutting Solution
The NS-HG is engineered for high-precision, multi-geometry cutting-round, square, and oval tubes as well as angle iron, channel beams, H-beams, T-beams, and other irregular profiles. When outfitted with the optional automatic loading module, the system completes the full workflow-feeding, positioning, cutting, and unloading-in one closed-loop cycle. This eliminates manual handling between steps, slashes change-over time, and boosts overall line productivity while driving down labor and operating costs.
1.Automatic loading material device: To increase the working efficiency and reduce workforce cost.
2.With double automatic chucking, it is convenient to clamp the pipes and the clamping force is adjustable according to the pipe wall thickness.
3.The long roller allows for clamping angle iron, H beam, U beam steel, and other open type pipe.
4.With automatic edge finding and centering functions, good cutting quality for shaped materials is ensured.

Accessories supply
IPG laser source is 2 years. Other parts is one year except for optical and consumable parts. Prolong serve is always available for option. Free of charge for fixing and changing parts within warranty. Only changing parts , the freight should be charged by customers.
Remote diagnosis
Glorystar Laser can check the running status of the customer's laser cutter through our remote maintenance system. Our technicians can perform troubleshooting via remote access instead of on-site diagnosis and maintenance, saving you a lot of time.
