The frame is precisely welded by argon arc, whole structure is gantry type; 600 0C high temperature annealing treatment and 12 meters large CNC gantry fine milling ensure the frame regularly to run for 20 years without deforming.equipped with the most advanced wireless hand held terminal, it can perform processing by remote control. The machine adopts imported Germany CNC system,high-performance AC servo motor,high-strength cast-aluminum cross girder. It is a high-tech product integrated with advanced technology such as pneumatic,mechanic, photoelectric and CNC,etc.
Single axis positioning speed:80m/min, imported Japanese servo motor synchro double drive system, imported Germany Precitec laser cutting head,imported French high precision gearbox,Japanese high precision gear and rack, Precise laser cutting controlled system.
Applicable Materials
Especially suitable for contact-free cutting,hollowing or drilling of metal sheets in 0.5mm to 14mm,e.g.,stainless steel,carbon steel,galvanized sheet,thin aluminum and thin copper etc. Fast ,precise and energy-efficient.
