Machine
The CNC system SL100-P adopts high-end CNC development platform and advanced sheet metal bending special algorithms and motion control algorithms, 12-inch LCD touch screen, the system's operation interface is straightforward and easy to get started.
The bed body is welded with high-quality thick steel plates, and the structure is optimized and designed through finite element analysis. Key parts are specially strengthened, and the closed structure is annealed, vibration aged, and shot blasted after welding. It has the characteristics of high precision, small deformation, high strength, high rigidity, stability, and reliability.
Built in high-precision overall convex lower wave bar and segmented adjustable upper wave bar; The horizontal precision adjustment mechanism with a dial on the front of the workbench is convenient and intuitive to adjust; Standard configuration includes integrated reduction motor, aluminum alloy baffle, and scale ruler. Note: GB-3512E and GS-4016E uncompensated workbenches
It is driven by a high-precision, high-torque servo motor to ensure the power of the machine.
