Product Description

      Full-closed CNC fiber laser cutting machine with pallet changer is an economic laser cutting equipment. It's an optical-mechanical-electrical integrative product composed of fiber laser generator, light guiding and focus system, automatic following system, water chilling unit, fiber cutting head, cutting bed, controlling system and air system.
Laser power: 1000W, Model No.: GS-F3015C, working area:3000(L)*1500mm(W), with original imported main parts and other standard spare parts.

1. Especially for cutting 0.5~14mm carbon steel, 0.5~10mm stainless steel, galvanized steel, electrolytic zinc-coated steel sheet, silicon steel(iron), 0.5~3mm aluminum alloy, 0.5-2mm brass and red copper and other kind of thin metal sheets.

B.  Laser head from Germany PRECITEC with advanced capacitive auto-follow processing technology, which passes the challenge of focus changing caused by uneven plate.

E.  High precise double gear rack driving , Linear guide rail from Taiwan HIWIN to ensure the cutting accuracy.
F.  Reducer is from Motoreducer group France, this part use helical gear, when the machine working, it can reduce the noise. Now in China, most of machines are use domestic reducer, and it's straight gear, so the noise is very high.
G.  Lubricating Oil Pump: it's use for lubricates the gear, when the machine working, it will automatic refuel after 3-5 hours. Now in China, most of factories use manual oil pressure pump not automatic.
H.  Professional cutting system is from Shanghai BOCHU. More than 80% factories use this brand.
