Cost-effective: Fiber lasers with high electro-optical conversion efficiency, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of fiber laser is 15 times higher than the traditional laser, high electro-optical conversion efficiency makes the power consumption of machine and chillers to be the lowest. Perfect spot quality: the same fiber laser generator can be used for welding, cutting and drilling.
Low consumable parts: there is no need for replacement of lamps or bar sticks.
High stability: Fiber laser series adopt the design to make resonance cavity in the optical fiber, to ensure high-power laser output, meanwhile, reduce the volume of the laser generator, improve the beam quality, beam propagation in the fiber, the light path is not exposed to the air to avoid contamination of the optical path and has long-running stability. Therefore, surface laser cutting machine can mate in more demanding industrial environments, and long working life.
Machine Body:
Bed adopts welded steel box type (not square tube welding), entire high-temperature annealing, stress relief treatment; guide-rail base is milled by large gantry milling machining at one time.
Host part is composed of the bed, cross-gride, worktable, Z-axis device, control system, gas unit, water unit and other components.
System controls X, Y, Z-axis AC servo motor, thereby driving the cutting head to achieve stable, reliable, high-speed reciprocating motion.
Fully enclosed device, wherein the dust cover light weight can achieve reliable operation;
X, Y axis linear guide are imported precision products, the use of photoelectric sensors and other precision positioning components effectively ensure the accuracy of the drive.
Long range Z-axis travel, it can easily process finished products.
Workbench Units:
The level of double-track high-speed exchange of table design, 10 seconds to complete the exchange, so it can perform processing and prepare for next material uploading simultaneously, which dramatically improves the working efficiency.
No pneumatic lifting step, greatly reduce the failure rate.
Each table can load up to 800KGS, when processing parts, clamping cylinder around will make the worktable is clamped tightly.
